We promote women on Denison University's campus while developing professional skills students can take with them post-graduation. We educate our members on networking, career exploration, &Â basic business skills
What We Do
Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program will provide meaningful relationships between older and younger students with similar career interests. Younger students will benefit from the guidance of their mentor, while the older students will be offered an exciting leadership role
Networking
We bring in alumni to speak about their career paths, rules of success as well as holding one on one coaching sessions with students to offer personal advice about how to be successful in the business industry
Business Skill Building
We work with the Knowlton Career Center to create workshops to build strong resumes, cover letters, interview preparation, and business skills, like negotiating salary and benefits and excel

Megan Cunningham
President
Megan is a senior majoring in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. On-campus, she is on the Academic Honor Society, Varsity Women's Lacrosse defender, the Founder and President of the Denison Spice Cabinet, the Vice President of Finance and Housing for Pi Beta Phi, member of the Alumni Chair for Mortar Board, and a Peer Mentor for the First-Year Program. In the summer of 2020, she worked her dream job as a Debt Capital Markets Analyst for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
